Bill C. Brown Associates salutes one of Bloomington’s “Unsung Heroes”…..

Jennifer Osterholt has been the Director of the Bloomington Housing Authority since 2004. Since then BHA has completed several large capital improvement projects such as Crestmont Boys & Girls Club Annex and Head Start building in Walnut Woods. Both renovations have resulted in additional services and children served. Jennifer has created free workshops for Section 8 recipients including budgeting, home repair, resume writing and looking good. All workshops were created to enhance the ability for self sufficiency and create partnerships in the community.
